Refund and Return Policy

We want you and your dog to love every order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Our 30-day promise

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. That is longer than the law requires, because we would rather you bought with confidence.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send it back. Our 30-day window sits on top of that right and does not replace it.

How to return

Email support@cutedogs.store with your order number and we will send return instructions. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will put it right at no cost to you.
