Shipping Policy

We ship across the European Union. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped within 24 hours and you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Most items are delivered in 8 to 12 working days. The exact window for each product is shown on its product page, so you always know before you order. Some items ship faster, and that is stated on the product page too.

We would rather tell you honestly that delivery takes a little longer than promise you two days and disappoint you.

Orders with more than one item

If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. This is normal and nothing has gone wrong.

Import duties

Since 1 July 2026 the EU applies a flat customs duty of €3 per item on consignments under €150. We pay this for you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing to settle on delivery.
